  1. Creating an Account

You can create an account by clicking "" on the top right of the page and clicking "Create Account" using your name and surname, your e-mail address and a password.

  1. Things to Consider When Creating an Account

When completing the Account Creation process, please make sure that the e-mail address you will use is correct and that you are actively using it. Because information about your account and details specific to your order will be made via the specified e-mail.

  1. Ordering Without Creating an Account

There is no requirement to create an account in order to order from our website; After pressing the "Add to Cart" button on the product you want to buy; You will be informed that you have added the product from the "Mini Basket" on the side. Then by clicking on the top right

  • You can complete your order by clicking on the "Finish Shopping" option and entering the information required to create your order.
  • By clicking “Go to Cart” you can view the products you have added to your Cart.

  1. Creating an Order

To place your order, click on the "Add to Cart" tab next to the product you want to buy. If the number of products you want to order is more than one, you must add the other products to your cart respectively via the "Add to Cart" tab.

You can access your Cart by clicking on the "” icon.

  • You can view your orders by clicking on the "View Cart" option and then make the payment for the order and create your order with the "Payment" option to complete your order.
  • Or you can place your order by making your payment directly with the "Payment" option at the bottom right of the screen when you click on it.

Upon your request, without creating an account on our Website; or if you are our "Registered Customer", you must enter your account information and complete the Delivery information by stating your Personal Information (name, surname, contact information) required for the order, your Address. Then, by pressing the "Next" button, you can enter your other address information if the billing and shipping addresses are different. Then, enter your card information via the “iyzico” infrastructure; If you wish, you can define a new card by using your registered cards.   1. Payment and Delivery

You can make the payment with credit card and debit card via iyzico infrastructure. Orders cannot be placed via cash on delivery or money order. If the delivery is different from the delivery address you entered when creating the User Account, you can add a New Address.

  1. Order Delivery and Time

If the products you purchase are in stock, they will be shipped within 7 business days after the order is placed. You can also access the delivery date of the products you purchased from the 'My Orders' page in the 'My Account' section. Once your order has been shipped, you can follow the shipping stages of your order from the 'My Orders' tab in the 'My Account' section.
